smoking Who all is BBQ'in this weekend?

Grill or BBQ?
In other words,Smoking or grilling?
 
For grilling I'd like to wrap the Sprouts in BACON (A known food Group).
Maybe sprinkle with a dried cheese mix (Parmason/Romono) before wrapping with Bacon.
 
I see Bacon Wrapped Skewers of Sprouts(small young ones) as very tasty grilled as cool.
 
Talking about a Thick Bacon strip on a Skewer,Then a Sprout,Wrap the Bacon on it and continue.
 
Cold smoke I think wouldn't be as cool as a hot smoke for sprouts.
 
Gotta cook sprouts right or they get nasty.
Taste like over boiled Cabbage.
 
Well not that nasty,just not as tastey as they can be at times.
In my opinion.
Cooked right they taste great...
I hated Sprouts for years until I tasted them cooked right.
Not the over steamed or boiled stuff.
 
Most times I ate sprouts years ago it was like eating over boiled cabbage.
 
Cool post.
Too many people don't like Sprouts,only because they sucked cooked as they were.
 
I like them now.

I like them either steamed with salt and butter or roasted in the oven with prosciutto and a balsamic reduction drizzle
Or bacon works just as well
 
About to wash some veggies to make kebabs.
