I stopped at a random cheese shop I saw downtown, yes I bought some cheese. but they were also selling these " rick's pick hotties " pickle chips so I bought one to try. they're from NY. also bought some beer 
texture/crunch of the pickles was good. though the flavor of them is " ok " ....to me sriracha hot sauce is not a great flavor for pickles & doesnt taste like the rooster brand either. they'd be better off just putting chile pods or powder in the jar for a better flavor than using a premade hot sauce, but thats my opinion. heat level is about a 2 - even though they say they've put habanero powder in it
