Hi there! I'm new to the page but I have a long held love affair with hot peppers and hot sauce. I am very eager to learn everything I can about making small batch, shelf stable hot sauce as well as other varieties of sauces and table top tasty treats. This summer I successfully tended to a single jumbo jalapeno plant and reaped a significant yield. I'm excited to start again next season with a variety of pepper plants. Thanks for having me!!
