Yellow/Orange Sauce

I saw something the other day that you never ever see in the supermarket around here.

They weren't the best quality which is what I expect from that particular store but I picked through them and got a bunch that were good enough for sauce.

Today I made my first ever not-red sauce. Used 15 habs (half of what I got), a pineapple and some peaches, along with an onion, garlic, carrots and other stuff.

It's fruity for a second and then smacks you right in the mouth. Burn last for a 5 minutes and slowly tapers off. It's not the hottest I've ever tasted but hot enough for me!
 
They never have habs. Only seen them two other times and its always at this time of year. They must get some left over or second grade stock from chilli growers. I'm not surprised tho, because most of the products they stock in woolies marked as hot chilli is very tame.
