harvesting Some harvest + Potted pepper question

Hi, this is my third year growing peppers, and what a year it has been! Lots of sauce and dried powder mixes made.
Here's a few bag of sweets picked the other day, about two weeks before I filled up a bag and a half with Habaneros.

This bell looks like an heirloom tomato. http://i.imgur.com/WooTVMK.jpg

I also have a few potted plants that I want to try overwintering for the first time, they've been doing great all year but are starting to look a little sad.
Is there anything in particular I should be feeding these? Other advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Pretty things!  A.Omnicolor?  What do they taste like?

They do look a tad pale.  What ferts do you or the neighbors have have laying around the house?  In a pinch, a dose of Miracle Grow or similar chemical fert will likely perk them up. Fish ferts are generally easy to find at any big box store.  Whichever variety you wind up with, go for ~1/2 the suggested dose to start.

A small dash of epsom salt will boost magnesium, a nutrient that is sometimes depleted after a season or so.
Try sprinkling 1/2 teaspoon on the ground, or diluting in a gallon of water.

Thanks everyone!

They're definitely edible.

I got seeds for them as "Chinese Five Color", supposedly different from NuMex Twilight in that it has larger pods. I don't know for sure as I haven't grown that, since I got into growing peppers about 3 years ago I've been searching out all kinds of different special varieties, and when I found those I just had to try them.

They're the most prolific out of all the peppers that I've grown this year, quickly growing tall with tons of pods on them, I've picked clean the ones you've seen in the photos multiple times this year.
I don't know how I would describe the taste of them, but they definitely pack a nice little punch to them, I would say somewhere in the range between Aji peppers and Thai chiles.
I've given multiple bags of them to friends who enjoy hot peppers, they love using them in scrambles. I've done the same myself, all those rainbow colored bits of pepper look really nice in scrambles, salsa, etc.

I never realized epsom salt was magnesium. Gave the plants some of that along with some other fertilizer, we'll see how they're doing in a week or so.

So, while it's still staying relatively warm during the day (70-80+ in greenhouse), it's starting to get into the low 40s at night. Is it time to bring them in?

It's probably about time to get ready to bring them inside.  I'm in the same boat as you are.  I am getting night time temps in the mid 50s right now, daytime temps in the mid 70's, but it is getting colder every day.  My only plants that are still looking vigorous are my rocoto.  The rest of my plants have a ton of pods on them them that will hopefully ripen soon, but the plants themselves aren't as healthy looking as they were a couple weeks ago.  I plan on cutting everything down, and preparing to overwinter next week.
