annuum Serrano flavor, but with habanero heat?

Though I enjoy the fruity flavor of habaneros, I like the flavor of serranos much better. Any peppers that have the serrano flavor with the habanero heat?
 
I have thought about crossing some to see if I could increase the heat of Japs and Serranos. But I kinda suspect that someone else has already done the same thing.
