Red Fresnos

I jI just tried these for the first time:

Red Fresnos!

Man, these are great! They are hot, like jalapenos USED to be, with a little sweetness. I've been putting them on my salads...hot salad! Anyone like to fire up a salad?

I made chipotle out those, regular jalaps, and some orange habs, it turned out pretty good. I do like the fresnos!

I love some El Yucateco (Green or red) on salad - even some hab slivers from time to time.
