pests Possible Disease of plant/leaves or just a bug??

Hey all,

So I noticed this on a leaf of one my chilli plants a few weeks ago and removed the leaf. Quietly wondering what it was, and settled on "It s just a one off leaf" right?

But its beginning to appear on other nearby plants and several leaves same characteristic trail marks.... It actually appears like something is eating the green pigment of the leaves

Anyone have any ideas what it could be??
