snack-food Pickled Perfection

My roomate recently got a tub of spicy pickled asparagus from this little Arizona company named "Pickled Perfection" and these things are delicious. It sat in my fridge for weeks before I touched it because I was skeptical of the concept and figured it wouldn't actually have any noticeable heat.

The asparagus is pickled but not to the point of being soft or mushy, these things have a nice crunch to them and a flavorful mix of spices that is just great. They even pack a little bit of a punch - nothing that really hurts, but a noticeable little burn. Enough that it kept my spice-wuss roomie from eating any after the first time he tried them. If you like pickled things at all I would definitely recommend this product. Hell before I tried these I dont think I had ever eaten anything pickled other than a cucumber, but thats all going to change now. Here's the website http://www.pickledperfection.com/Products.html

I have only tried the one product, but now looking at their website it appears that all of their products are spicy so I figured why not post here and let some other people try the products out too. I will certainly be trying the rest of the product line after tasting these asparagus. Yum.
