pests Pest! What kind and how to send away to heaven?

I seem to have alot of pests in my indoors growned plants. The pests are like 2-3 mm big, has antennas and likes to jump... Any idea what they can be and,better yet, how to get ride off them...
This is how they look (sorry for picture quallity, but they are really small)

looks like a mite or a flea, but likely is just a larvae.

Hey why not try putting some spiders in there? I know that some people do that for their not so legal plants.

Hmm, after some more research I now think it is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Springtail , Springtails that is... They are really good at jumping away when I try to get a hold of them...
Oh well, they don't seem to be a real "pest" but more on the nice side, just have to stop watering a little..

Ive searched the forum - but there hasnt been a home-based aphid spray recipe that I've seen.

Anyone have one (dishwashing detergent I think?) that they can recommend?

(Yeah Im being a tight-arse - dont want to buy commercial sprays for my organic-esque crops).
