soil Orchid soil?

I heard orchid soil such as this: http://www.acehardware.com/product/index.jsp?productId=17073516&KPID=14560884&pla=pla_14560884 is good for planting peppers. Is it true?

thats not soil, thats mulch.

I've got 4 gallon buckets (10) that I'm going to be putting two pepper plants in each. (Still debating if I should have one in each)
