Kitchen Shears. ???

Agreed but jubnat is a chef and I also watched a couple of youtube videos on them. I'm going to pull the trigger on a pair of them since I do not own a pair of kitchen shears.

I am looking at these for when my current cheap ones break. I almost  hate to jump on the Kenji wagon but after seeing a pair first hand they look like a workhorse .   Kuhn Rikon kitchen shears.

  I was watching an old Julia child episode the other day.. I wish I could find the ones she had, those things looked like something a surgeon would use to crack a rib cage open.

I told everyone I'm cheap so I ordered these arriving on Friday
