I can't say enough about this Chinense variety. They are very similar to Caribbean Reds (same heat) but are a little bigger and with more ribbing. But, they are robust.
I had two Grenada Hots that were 6 years old and one died this year with the coldest winter here I remember.
However, these "babies" were in the pot after I pulled the dead Mother.
Today I split them up. They've been over-wintering since last season.
If you have a chance to grow these some day, you'll not regret.
