favorite Favorite pepper?

Hi I'm new here, and I was just wondering what everyone's favorite peppers are!
Things to consider:
-favorite hot pepper
-favorite sweet pepper
-fun to grow (unless you're a masochist ;) )
-easy to grow (unless you like a challenge ;) )
-taste

Favorite hot pepper: Bahamian Goat, with the Yellow MoA Scotch Bonnet a very close second. Both are sweet and fruity, with good Habanero heat levels. The Goats seem a bit hotter than the Bonnets, on average. Above Habanero heat levels, I like the CARDI Yellow Scorpion.

Favorite sweet pepper: Aji Fantasy. Very sweet flavor, with very mild heat.

The Baccatum family of peppers which have great flavor, mild - medium heat. Then next would be Bahamian Goat and Yellow MOA peppers. These are much hotter than the Baccatum family of peppers. Then next for me would be the Chocolate Fatalii pepper which is sweet, fruity and a nice habanero heat level. And another staple I grow every year and various Jalapeno peppers but they really taste great when they turn red.

My current favorites are Tajin Jalapeno, Holy Mole Passila, Aji Pineapple, Mustard Habanero, Carolina Reaper, and Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion.  I also like to grow large cayenne types, but I am currently trialing varieties to find a replacement for Pinocchio Cayenne Hybrid, which was my favorite, but does not exist anymore.

Very interesting, did the Pinocchio cayenne hybrid go extinct somehow?

It was being sold by Park Seeds and it has been out of stock since 2012.   ;-(

For all I know it could be alive and well, but being marketed under a different name by a different vendor.  I do know that seeds that I saved from the hybrid did not grow true at all (confirming that it is indeed a hybrid.)

The large cayenne types I will be trialing are:
bangalore whippets tail (hippieseedco)
corbaci (rareseeds)
jimmy nardello (tatiana'stomatoes)
joe's long cayenne (seeedsaverexchange)
maule's red hot (rare seeds)
turkish cayenne (tatiana'stomatoes)

Last season I tried Ristra Cayenne, which was OK, but not nearly as nice as the Pinocchio Cayenne.

-favorite hot pepper - Red Savina Habanero
-favorite sweet pepper - Yellow Bulls Horn
-fun to grow - Ot Heim
-easy to grow - Jalapeno

Any idea where I can get some seeds or a live plant for Bahamian goats? I've checked out quite a few vendor sites and haven't found any yet :/. Are they usually listed under a more common/generic name or have some sort of nickname that everyone uses?

Omni color taste great too and are good in salsas / pico

Fav hot: it depends. on food, 7 pot burgundy. In powder it's a toss up between orange wild brazil and bahamian goat.

Fav sweet: Bolsa de dulce

Fun: Aji omni color because they taste good too but strictly fun colors and foliage it would be fidalga roxa

Ease to grow, any baccatum really.

Taste: Yellow Moa bonnet, bahamian goat, 7pot burgundy, aji pineapple, orange wild brazil, paper lantern hab, pablano

We'll see. It's my first year growing. I have always really liked Scotch Bonnets, but they are hard to find. I can find orange habs pretty regularly, but I don't like the flavor as much. I think I have 5 or 6 Bahamian goats that have germinated. I am also really excited for cascabels, yellow 7 pot bubblegum, and chocolate bhutlah.

Naga Viper all the way. Great powdered, and nuclear heat (at least for me). Plus they look cool to boot. I know it isn't stable, but I still wonder if anyone has gotten color mutations since it's been around a while. I'm only aware of the red.
