Datil do's & don'ts?

mine r ok. abit slow like the fataliis . i had one fatalii and it died for no reason. But my datil is ok slow growth but doing just fine. i use miracle grow fertilizre on mine no problem except with the younger ones. If you have fish u can use fish tank water to water your plants. Says it helps . It works for me.

St. Augustine Datil 2nd year plant with ripening pods. There are well over 100 nice pods on this plant late May, was a huge producer last year. Taste is fruity and hot. One of my go to chiles.

That plant is sick Cappy - how big a pot is it in?

The Datil water overwintered in a 5 gallon nursery pot and I potted up to a 7 gallon black nursery container with side handles last month.

awesome plant.. and come to think of it the one that survived was in fast draining soil.
