On the occasion of Christmas dinner, now I cookin' on the grill a whole pork for dinner on night. The piggie only 8.5kg (17pounds) weight.
 
Now running 3 hours on the grill, I think that finished in 1 hour around. The method of cook is to red charcoal down, it's very slowly heat to perfect cook.
 
Was adobed with chimichurri without vinegar, only spices and olive oil.
