last couple of days I planted a few more seeds I just got in the mail. Not much growth, it must be too cold in that room. I do have a couple pics to show.

Whoo hoo!
Thanks for the update.
Lots of purple on that Bhutybell. And that "Whatever" is really a densely clustered thing. That's so cool.

Thanks guys, Slow response as I was in Vancouver for the weekend taking in a Hockey game, sadly the Canucks lost to the very lucky Bruins. :( Anyways, I returned to see not much changed, 1 Piri Piri had Germinated, along with some Lovage, Also a few Stevia, and a couple Tomatoes, Other than that, nothing died so its all good.

Ok so I was at the hydro store like a week ago and picked up an old used HPS ballast (free :) ) I was told it just needed to be rewired to 120 from 240, So I did that, picked up a bulb, wouldn't fire up, a little confused I did some digging found it might be either the bulb or igniter, went down the the hydro store, he gave me another fixture to take the igniter from, I did that, and again, nothing, so back to the hydro store, he placed the bulb in a digital ballast system and it fired up, so Ok, now I'm stumped, so he gave me a different 430w bulb and a igniter, I got home, screwed the bulb in and presto, the bulb fired up, Not a clue why the other bulb wouldn't fire up, but whatever, its working great now. I'm hoping to get at least 1 ripe pod from my "Whatever", my Piri Piri, and my Chile de Onza, so far the "Whatever" is way ahead of the others, even my Eggplant has a 2 inch fruit on it :) I really want to move my seedlings from the fluros to the HPS so I can have that space for other things, like my onion, leek, celery and other veg starts. The Bhut x Bell is doing good, growing all right under the Fluoro, the Other plants should pick it up soon I hope, but since I cut back on the watering, and especially the ferts, even the Iguana Juice was too much, so it is just Liquid Karma for a couple weeks I guess.

Its all about the learning, since this is my first attempt from seed. I really hope that HPS Lamp heats that room up, which should help with growth as everything is still quite small, with a few exceptions of course. Pictures will come later.. or tomorrow most likely.

So it has been a while.. Things have been slow, very slow, weather in June and July was crap, August has been pretty great so far. Here's some porn

I need to go out and snap a few more photos, some things have been ripening up for me, and a few others have grown some pods since those photos were taken.

Thanks guys

Socapots, not these ones, earlier I had some hydroponics projects under lights, everything now is out in the sun.

gotcha.
Im out in Winnipeg and was thinking to try and grow into the winter months. My dad was successful in keeping pepper trees bearing right into October, outside with a plastic dome and a heater in it. they seemed to love it.

which is why i asked about it. Not sure if i will have an area to set it up in this season. But maybe next year.

Deer got in, only did major damage to 1 pepper, but any low growing tomatoes were eaten along with all my peas and beans... and carrot tops, beets and strawberries.
