Hebrew National hot dog
Fresh Chorizo
Bacon
Queso Fresco
Diced Jalapeno
Diced Mexican Onion
Cilantro
Pinch of Wayright's special SuperHot Powder (Douglah, 7 Pot varieties)
Salt/Pepper

Corn Dog Mix

1 cup flour
2/3 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp bacon drippings
1 egg beaten
1 1/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 tsp baking soda

Made tortillas, cooked chorizo, cooked bacon, made corn dog batter, chopped fresh jalapenos, mexican onions, cilantro and crumbled the queso fresco.

added hot dog, two slices bacon, chorizo, queso fresco and fresh veggy combination to a tortilla and added it to the oil. Fried for 3 minutes.

Took out and drained. rolled it through some chipotle sauce and then into the corn dog batter. Back into the oil for another 30 seconds each side.

Drained and plated with some fresh cilantro, lime and some red ranchero sauce.
