recipe-help BBQ Scotch Bonnet Recipe?

Hello everyone!.
I found a Nigerian shop in my city where it's possible to get fresh Scotch Bonnet peppers at a very reasonable price.
Next week some friends are goin' to organize a BBQ and we want to add some BBQ Hot sauce made with Scotch Bonnet to our Hamburguers.
Any recipe out there?.

For burgers I'd go for something sweet like a glaze and brush it on the cooked side (after flipping) when grilling. For example, a burger is good with a tamarind glaze this way. Like a sweet tamarindy ketchup. That's what I do. Bonnets would work well.
