Good astronomy night tonight: Jupiter at opposition in closest pass since 1963 - should be good viewing. DART impact just after 7pm EDT, live coverage on Science channel (and probably NASA channel too)
 
We missed the fun. Asheville had auroras too, pretty sure we could have seen them. That would have been quite an experience!

Little correction to the above, G4 isn't a CME class, it was a G4 geomagnetic storm alert. (I was wondering what a G-class CME was!)
