I used the recipe Texas Blues posted but left it chunky for a fruity salsa. I'm having some friends over for seafood tacos and this is one of the salsas I made! (Most of the others are store bought - I'm lazy.) The flavors are awesome and it's probably actually much better as a hot sauce than this salsa.
I reduced quite a lot of the vinegar and added a mango. I like it.
I like to serve salsa in mismatched oversized teacups. CUTE OR WHAT? (I'M A GIRL.)
