I have used them for a few years now and will continue to do so for the unusual varieties they stock. The live plants are usually pretty healthy and if one doesnt survive the jourmey they are quick to replace it. They are expensive but they are a nice back up for me when disaster strikes (e.g...
I do hope you are right about sudden cold spells being OK. I already lost a bunch to a hard frost and hail earlier this year. We dropped down to 39 degrees on Thursday night but my plants seem to be OK. Keeping fingers crossed for this strange weather (looking like being in the 90's this week).
Both the Goat varities are new to me and I got the plants from Cross Country nurseries to try them out.

You are having a lot more luck in Clovis than I am having here . The weather still sucks here and last night we got down to 39. I have already lost one lot of plants this year due to planting out too early and getting hit by frost and hailstorms. Your plants look so healthy.
We have been getting low forties of a night in CA this week. its a real shame as my only ripe superhot pod so far has been a solitary Fatalli. I am trying to cover them with poly of an evening till I get my greenhouse built. No sign of damage yet.
We are having a really warm October and the plants are setting pods like crazy. All my Peppers that survived the rodent attack are doing really well. I have no idea what they are as I lost all the labels but they are either Naga's, Bhuts or Fatalli.
This one is a complete mystery. I may well...
