    Cajunheat, From what I read at http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/fn-an/label-etiquet/nutrition/educat/te_quest-eng.php, it is mandatory on all products in Canada. Unless I only sell it at farmer's markets etc. Darn. --Jay
