ok guys back again doing it big 1 more time... well the tank is 300gallon and the grow bed is 4x8x 14deep, i am sure i will be adding another grow bed same size and maybe a blue 55gallon drum cut in half which i do have already.. but first we will see how everything goes... its a bit taller...

when are peaches ripe and ready to pick??? i was told when they get soft is this what i am looking for ??? they are still firm so far

well i had a aquaponics system working for a awhile and i found out that i need bigger grow beds .... well anyways i turned it into a hydroponic flood and drain system ... i also have a small aquaponics system still there if you can see my 2 buckets there, on the ground there is a small...

what is a good depth for a raise grow bed???? well i had some 4x8 sheets laying around... i need to count them but i think i have around 9 4x8 3/4 inch thick... with that i could have a 24ft long x 4ft wide x 2ft high grow bed...... which would be 192 sq ft.. which is good to start with ...

well i guess i did not get a before pic of the ham but i will get it when i pull it off.... well first time doing a leg of lamb on the pit... i left it on to long, as you can see the temp on it that was at the 3hr on the pit or close too it... other wise it was good !!! here are some pics...

well i will be putting 1 of these on the pit one day also ... here's a few shots of what i did in the oven today... i also did baked potato and yellow squash all in the oven so clean up was super easy tonight... sorry the pics are not the best...

I am smoking a rabbit today. I picked up 2 of them and i am smoking one and the other will be rabbit stew(i will have pictures of the rabbit stew.) Here is a picture of the fire and 2 pictures of the rabbit it self.:)and i will post more pictures later on.

i was wanting to know what temp you get your brisket too ... i am cooking 1 right now... my temp is 155 center. i do 1 hr per # this one is a 15lb brisket i am on 10hr right now .... and i will have a pic or 2 later!!!

here is my pork loin just before i put it on the pit.... i used Hawaiian red salt,3color pepper mix,garlic,onion powder,red pepper powder,paprika and extra-virgin olive oil (frist cold press) good stuff, and just bacon wraped around it.... oak wood and Mesquite mix for my fire.... and cooking...

well this is what i had for lunch today, a philly chesse steak... just a basic philly onion/bellpepper but i added 4 red thai peppers to it no pic of the peppers here but i posted them somewhere else week or 2 ago but they are in this thing somewhere...it was smokin HOT... i have never had thai...
