    Both my original brown moruga seeds from puckerbutts and the seeds I got from them that I had grown for the 2015 season had decent germ rates. Pm me and I can send you some of my seeds if you'd like. I am sure you will get a few to sprout but like pier_man says they might take longer.

    I agree that a light is a waste until the seeds sprout and you see the first green leaves. I use heat mats and put my seeds on a tray with something between the mat and tray so they don't get too hot. A tv/internet converter box is also great since it has a consistent low heat like a heat mat...
