hello everyone.

as I said in my intro thread, this is my first year growing peppers... so here we go!

my lineup ATM is as follows...

hot pepper Plants:
jalapenos of several kinds
cayenne (normal, long slims, and one purple)
"cayenne rista hybrid" (thought i rista was a way of drying... what a confusing name...)
hungarian hotwax
habanaro
caribian red hab
serrano
ancho/poblanos
anihiem
tobasco
hottie
ring of fire
italian roaster
hot portugal

explosive ember
little blue
big bomb

sweet pepper plants:
big bertha
mohawk
banana pepper
medusa
carmen
fat n sassy
mini bell
cherry pick

seeds sprouting:
jamaican yellow (sprouted)
thai (sprouted)
habanaro (sprouted)
picante di cayenne
marconi rosso

Seeds to be planted at some point:
pomento

couldn't wait for my own peppers, so I picked up some scotch bonnets and made some strawberry bonnet sauce :P

pretty good actually.
tho im not so used to hot stuff, so it'll prolly take me a while to get through it :P

anyone know anything else a hot strawberry sauce would be good with other then iced cream? :D
 
use your sauce anywhere you would use strawberries...even on waffles with whipped cream...

your plants look healthy...
