consistency Thickening a sauce after the fact...

I cooked a habanero sauce yesterday, and should have let it cook down longer. After canning it (only 2 pints), I see that it's too watery. Any reason I can't put it back on the stove to cook off some of the water? Any problems I'm not considering? Thanks.
 
No issues at all with reducing it more.  Just use new lids when re-canning it and process as usual.  good to go~
