water Plant looks underwatered but isn't.

Some plants came in from Jim Duffy yesterday and the soil was dry, so I watered them. Now the sepia serpent is droopy, and the leaves feel kinda rubbery, but it was watered yesterday so it can't be that. Possible overwatering or something?

Photos will definitely help here, or at least more information. How much water? How much soil? How much light? Inside? Outside?

Haven't seen them yet.

And for the rest of you, it was given water until there were a few drips out the bottom. A bit much for a pepper I know, but it was dry. I would say its in shock, but none of the others have any issues. I'll give it a few days to see. For lighting, it's near a shady window because I don't want to sunburn it just yet.
