Best white varieties

Hi, after a short conversation with Cmpman1974, about the rarity of "real" white peppers, I think it would be interresting to have your opinion about the best white varieties.

So, by best I mean : close to real white color and/or not becoming too yellow when ripe and/or quite good taste/aroma.

I will try this year some "whites", one of them is the Snow White from Semillas.de, they say : "the only C. chinese that we know that stays always white at full sun when full ripe" Wait and see...

I'm with Joe here, the White Bullets are almost as common (from my personal experience) here as any other hab, I got my plants from K-Mart a little while back. And they are great tasting, the only downside is the size of the pods.

AjiJoe sells a White Habalokia that I am growing this season. The plant is amazing, it grows like a weed and I am really having fun with all his unusual seeds. I will post pics when they are ready.

Did you grow the Snow White from semillas.de?

For the moment the hab. White Giant is the variety that fascinates me most,
for 2 main reasons:

1) has a spicy flavor and taste better than many chinense.
2) is a very difficult plant to grow, to get the best performance from the plant you have to be a good farmer.

Great pic as always
I must be a terrible farmer Luigi, I have enough troubles just germinating those giant white seeds :)

Luigi, I have tried FOUR YEARS to get Pure seed of that Giant White Habanero you show in the picture with no success. :) Beautiful plant. Without a doubt, you're probably one of the best chile farmers in the world. I have seen few match the size of your plants and production. Everytime I grew it, the pods ripened orange or red. If you have any pure seed to share of it, I'd really appreciate it. :)

You are a very modest guy
I know you're a good farmer.

I have a plant in my garden, I've isolated a couple of fruits,
I think they will be ready in late September.

I grew some White Giants a couple of years back and all the pods were huge
......but how do you grow so many pods on one plant Luigi,
you really are a great farmer, my plants only grew half the amount!

i grew them and loved them. cant remember if they were yellow and ripened to white or the other way, but im pretty sure they were edible when white and just went yellow if left too long

Mine start out light green and ripen to a very light yellow/off white color. Pretty nice plant, very productive, cool looking pods, and good flavor and heat.

At the other end of the spectrum, i'm growing "BLACK COBRA" they are a great pepper, will be growing every year now.
