overwintering Using fish tanks as winter greenhouses

Looking for some advice, I had some old 5gal fish tanks in the garage doing nothing an I'm thinking I maybe be able to turn them into some mini greenhouses for seedlings/small pepper plants from this summer.

Here's the aquarium it has a light on top:

and I was thinking of using this bulb for lighting as it's an aquarium bulb.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Only issues I could see is that the height of the aquarium would be trouble for air movement and the lights might be too high up for the plants making them leggy. Also you would probably want to use some tape over the soil line so light can't penetrate the glass and kill roots that may get too close to the glass.

I've considered trying it myself as I have 15 or 20 gallon aquarium sitting in my garage too.
