I don't see why not. There aren't any significant nutrients in them, and if you fish out the seeds that didn't sprout, there should be no mixups with what kind it is!
 
My only real concern is build up of salts. Im going to start my next batch in a couple of weeks but honestly i have a love hate with these and not sure if i will do the cup soil thing or jiffy next batch.
 
Your not really re-using them if they didn't sprout eh?

A fair few of mine didn't sprout so i just bunged another seed on top & bingo they are growing fine.
