overwintering Overwintering Super Hots

I have some super hots that I want to overwinter. I want to cut them back and make them go dormant when I bring them inside. Do I need to leave some leaves on the plant or can I cut them all off? I was thinking about putting them in a grow tent and leaving the lights on 18 hours a day. Can I just give them some fertilizer after cutting them back, water once a week and be good from October to May?

I don't do anything special, bring 'em in and give them a little water and as much sunshine as possible.> The Comprehensive Guide to Over-Wintering
