I know rabbit manure makes a fine tea, but what about composted chicken manure? I was even thinking about mixing it with alfalfa meal. Any experience with this?
I'd go carefully because it could burn your plants if it's too strong. It has a lot of Nitrogen. Farmers near me put it on their pasture to grow a hay crop. The grass is so deep green it looks almost blue.
It's too hot, even when it's composted? It says right on the bag that it will not burn. Just sayin'...It has an N-P-K of 3-2-2. Doesn't seem outrageously high to me.
it works great I use a fertilizer with chicken manure and all the plants look great and flower great too I can post pics if you need or want me to just ask.
