I love making this stuff when i can get ahold of some nice Scotch Bonnets  :P
 
Simple ingredients,,very easy to make...super yummy!
 

 
Thinly sliced,, like a slaw!

 
Yumm Yum get ya sum! 

 
Course Salt and Lime juice kick this off!!

looks so fresh and yummy!   Add some shredded cabbage and it'd be like that slaw/salsa we get in Mexican restaurants.  LOVE that stuff!

I have tried alot of Mexican joints around here,,and only one place has sumthin like this ! I love it! :dance:
