harvesting Fatalli harvest

I picked these fatalli's yesterday from 1 plant. Still more peppers on plant.
They look orange in picture, but they are yellow. I vacuumed sealed them
and put them in freezer. Maybe I can learn to make hot sauce the safe
way.... My Bhuts are just drying up on plant, to chicken to play around with
them..

Nice pods so the harvest,Fatalii are very heavy producer that pepper is one of my favor year after year nice aroma also & not over powering in heat so you can eat those any time.

Thank you everyone. First year growing peppers hotter than Jalapeno's. I like
the look of the really hot peppers. I think the only way I may be able to eat
them is in a hot sauce or powder form... I don't think I will do Bhut's next
year, but will order some other super hots....The fatalii plant is in a Garden
Patch container, with 3 trinidad perfume's. The Garden Patch is just like
an Earthbox. All four pepper plants are very happy in there.

beautiful fatalii harvest! good job!

There are lots of things you can do with them. We make fatalii caramels, fatalii fudge, and fatalii chocolate chip cookies. In all of those, the sugar mellows out the fatalii heat, resulting in a very tolerable, pleasant heat level, even for civilians such as the next door neighbors and friends.
