smoking Defcon BBQ at the Oslofjord

Since the weather was awesome we headed out and BBQ some ribs and chicken drums and brought some Defcon sauce that arrived the other day. Needless to say it was wicked on the chicken, and probably the first time ever enjoyed along the Oslo fjord!!

It's an non reuseable grill and it has it limitations. Really handy just to use where ever. Eat by when it's done ;) the ribs goes in some kind of Norwegian curiosity that we use on sausages etc... The wings dipped in sauce. Long meal, eat a little but more over time = healthy
