Dreamweaver MX 4 (2004) is actually free to use now.  I found a page on Adobe's site that just gives you a generic legacy serial number for them.  Wasn't sure if you were looking to upgrade from that, or get software around that year.

I've seen those sites just from a google search, but I'd feel better about them if anyone had first hand experience buying from any of them.
