A week ago, I had used some inexpensive Vodka as an ingredient in "Redneck Limoncello". (Starburst lemon drops dissolved in vodka) I was sitting there with a counter full of hot peppers, wondering how to use them all... Inspriation struck! Could I get a Ghost Pepper into a bottle? Hmmmm...

Here are a few of the peppers grown this year. I am disappointed because the Bhut Jolokia seeds I bought turned out to not be thus. Lots of varied bells, Habs, Cayenne, Jalapenos.... But, I have a good sampling of differing and interesting peppers to eat and enjoy until next year...
