    The nightmare is coming true....help!!

Aphids have taken over my wonderful little seedlings and are quickly killing them! What can I use on them that will kill the aphids but not kill the plants??

Whoa, holy hell... here come the sons of bitches. With a vengeance.

Must be your conditions because basically all of about 40 varieties of C. chinense except Douglah have germinated for me within 2 weeks with most within one week. I just keep the temp around 85 and mist the top of the soil once or twice per day.

    Freeze vs frost?

Had some freezes, frosts and consecutive nights below freezing here and every single one of my plants died so I ripped them all out of the ground and cut off what green viable pods there were. Many were messed up, brown and shriveling from the freeze/frost. Don't take chances if you got...

How much Heat is to much for PUBES

Pubes like cooler temps. A lot of mine died this summer cause it was too hot. It seems they do best with temps in the 60s F.

    68MUDSTUD's head start on 2011!

I ended up doing the same thing you did starting super early haha though not quite as early..mid October. So far everything is up except Douglah, I have them under a 400W HPS. I am quite worried about the length before them actually going outside and them getting too big.

    Looking for pics

These are all some seeds I have recently sown, all acquired from JungleRain. However, I have never even seen a picture of any of them! I figure I could bother JR for some pics but figured I'd leave him alone and see if anyone else has some out there. Thanks!

    Fruit set...

Those temps are definitely accurate for my growing this year. Had absolutely nothing on my plants for months when it was over 90 and over 75 at night. Plants started going crazy when the night temps dropped to the 60s and day temps in the high 70s/low 80s. Unfortunately it all happened a little...

    Leaf damage

This is happening to the leaves on several of my indoor plants under 400W HPS. As you can see in the pic the discoloration and yellowing is strongest right on the vein of the leaves. I'm not sure what is going on here, I have been watering with city water, could it be chlorine in it or some...

    roadhouse's pepper review log

Today I have a 7 Pot Brown which I grew from seed obtained from Mr_Al. The pod is quite small and is probably supposed to be bigger, but it set pretty late on my plant and I only got 3 total. The aroma is much like other hot brown pods I've had such as the Chocolate Bhut and Chocolate Hab...

    Got burned.....

Somehow even when I use gloves I get burned and in the worst places usually too. I heard a funny term for that before...anyone able to let me in on it so I don't have to use the vulgar version of "burnt scrotum" LOL

Peppers Do Not Cause Stomach Cancer

    roadhouse's pepper review log

Today I am testing a pepper I grew that was supposed to be a Devil's Tongue Red but it must have been crossed with something. It's a really cool pepper as it ripens, it goes from green to bright yellow to orange then to red and during each stage the entire pepper turns that color. Now it's time...
