    It's been a great year and I have about 5 lbs, maybe 100-120 good size pods, nice and red/orange ghosts. I already have about 20L of various peppers fermenting for hot sauce. I want to preserve these for future use but am not sure what the best method is, drying, fermenting, vacuum pack freezing...
