All of these pics were taken right over the top of my plants. I've noticed that on all of my plants only the newest set of leaves on the top of my plants are all yellowing. However, all the leaves underneath are all green green and healthy looking. Just curious as to why?

So I live in Naples Florida. Im currently growing Black Cobra aka Goats weed plants. Its pretty warm here year round. Will my plants produce year round or is it seasonal regardless? It hasn't produce fruits yet. Its only about 2 months old and in containers. First time grower btw.

These seedlings are 3 weeks old. Second set of true leaves are growing in as of this post. Are these considered too leggy? If so what should I do? Thank you!
My first set of true leaves are starting to yellow. Its turning a pale yellow for some reason and its happening to a dozen of my seedlings but I took this pic to show you what I mean. Its kind of hard to see but its the top plant abd bottom plant in the pic.
I bought an LED light with option of white, red and blue, or red/white/blue same time. What should I use for seedlings? Its one of those gooseneck LED lights I got for 30 bucks on Amazon. Thanks!
