Can anyone confirm baterial black spot from the following pics? Anything else that could cause something that looks similar?

Where do you source spice jars? I'm looking for small jars with a sifter & screwtop, glass preferred but plastic works too, I find 4oz is far too large for the real spicy powder. I used 1.5oz glass S&P shakers last year, but I really want to find something with a cap that seals this year.

This is my second year growing and first where I was planned out a head of time. 62 plants & 39 varieties. 31 started from seed. 8 from chileplants. 30 7-gallon bags, 10 5-gallon bags, 22 in the ground.

I expect a bigger harvest this year than last and would like to upgrade my powder production setup. Any recommendations on a quality grinder? Preference on using a cut vs crush grinder on the quality of the end product? Medium sized dehydrator recommendations?
