Get some DE or some BT Spray.  Should get rid of those pests.  Those are much better than the broad mites im dealing with!!!

  Honestly Ive barely watered as it has been raining once or twice a week.  Assuming my PH of water is high, how should I counter balance that?     I do not see any mites.  Hopefully the neem oil applications will wipe these boogers out if that is the problem.

ya, I really dont think it is the water.  Like i said, all my other peppers and tomatoes (japs, habs, tabasco chilis) all look great.  I have a feeling it is the variety.  Probably should do a soil test to understand the PH among others.  Also, all plants are in 8-10in raised bed.

Thanks for the replies.  The plants have pulled through, but my tomatoes are so big and not caged properly so they are stealing some sunlight from them now.  Not sure how much more they will produce.  My first grow, so next time I will be more prepared for this and buy some Texas Tomato Cages...
