Yaki Blue Fawn, from a crop five years ago. Havent had luck growing any above habanero levels in the last few years, Get the pineapple from Costco.

Been a long time since I made a Sauce. Cranberries 5 cups Pineapples 9 sticks Apricots dry 2 cups Yaki Blue Fawn Garlic ACV 1 1/4 cup Salt Presoaked dry peppers in ACV/salt so no pasties present. Blitzed, let sit for half hour so dry Apricots (Pre Cut) fully soaked. The Blitz again and store.

Well my last hot air popper died and no more old style to be found so I decided to buy a proper Coffee Roaster. So learning the process since now you adjust the temps manually etc. Can do bigger batches so saves time compared to my Popper. Real Happy with it. SR800

I bought a plant from Rona (Meyer), had lots of flowers, but the grasshoppers almost wiped out the plant. Finally got two nice size ones and ate them this month raw :) couldn't believe how sweet /soar they were and the skins were soft velvet.
