    can you build a tolerance to hot peppers?

    just curiious...   ive seen some youtube vids of people  eating peppers and being in real bad pain and some that are just ok with it.    can you build up your tolerance to how hot of a pepper you can handle?   has anyone here started out at just jalapenos and now eats, say...  ghosts regularly...

    how to keep plants smaller- limited space issues

    im going to start germinating soon and wanted to know if its possible to keep pepper plants(bhut, scorpions, reapers, hab)  smaller by using smaller pots.  maybe a 2-3 gallon?  Or is topping a better option?    i would like to keep them around 4 ft  height and diameter....   any info on this is...
