All they had to say was "wash your hands and you'll be fine" but noooo we need to stretch this out into an 8 hour class..
Yup... triple sink wash sanitation.... gloves handling this or that... cross contamination blah blah blah
And I get it. Food safety is important but it's all common sense shit. I eat at some of the most hole in the wall places you've ever seen and the only place I've every had food poisoning was at a "nice" restaurant.
