    Fruit juices also allow one to mix and create or experiment with an almost infinite number of flavor combinations more easily without ruining a whole bunch of fresh fruit.

    The plants will try to cool themselves off by perspiring. Just like people do in the heat.  But when there is no moisture in the ground, the leaves will become floppy and eventually wilted.  The conditions you described sound stressful to your plants.  Good luck !

    Assuming you mean "greenhouse" instead of "balcony"  :  40 Celsius is much too hot !  I would water them more.

    You can buy the Suri sambal ready made overhere, too. But making your own is much better, It's super easy, plus allows you to make it mo hotta.

    Picalilly in jars is widely available on this end... It's made of pickles (note : European pickles are NOT NEARLY as salty as dill pickles sold in the US but MUCH sweeter), pickled baby onions, cauliflower, mustard and vinegar.
