Almost killed my father-in-law first time he came over for dinner. I gave him my mildest hot sauce in the house... really...! He told me he liked hot sauce. I showed him my collection. He said... "Bah, that's not hot." OK now, let's just say he thought Tabasco was the end-all to hot sauces. The hottest sauce on the planet....!! He doused his food with Habanero Tabasco, (which was the mildest I have in the house) and just about keeled over on the spot. Gagging and gasping.... it was everything
