If you make a search in Google images, some pictures show light yellow peppers. However some others seems pretty white IMO. As far as i have read, Aribibi gusano rippen from green to light yellow to ivory white. So yes, in some point they will be a little yellow. Someone that actually grows them...

And what ways are those? these peppers are for personal usage, so i don't care TOO MUCH about 'pure trueness'. However, if i can store some seeds in the process, maybe i will able to trade them later.
