Does anyone recommend any commercial grade sauce pumps for hot (temp) hot sauces? Do any of them have variable amts-per-pump, like 50 ml, 1.7 oz, 5 oz, etc? I want to do a lot of very small bottles as well as the 5 oz and need to get past a funnel and ladle! brookthecook

We are using a piston filler. It is accurate to within a millilitre... How much were you budgeting? This puppy wasn't cheap.

Sorry I didn't post back sooner. What companies do you reccommend? I don't mind the expense of a quality tool that I expect to get a lot of use out of. Are there any variants/sizes etc.? My searches led me to only small syrup pumps so far! Thanks for any info. brookthecook

Ohhhhh, you meant expensive! Most companies that I found online have them starting at around $2000 for the semi-auto ones. I found some used equipment on ebay for less than a grand, but I don't know the quality of the different brands of fillers. Again, any info on the subject is appreciated, I obviously need more education in these matters. Thanks! brookthecook
